After reading articles on www.retiredseniorsnetwork.com, I discovered I have a job title. I am a Gray Googler Wannabe! This website and USA Today define a Gray Googler as a "retired person who is making good money online". It's the "good money" part of the definition that isn't happening for me. The website says that persons that are making "good money" have knowledge and experience in specific areas. However there is a learning curve to understanding the steps to make the income that is supposedly possible.The website author has a positive article on blogging. Over the years I have done writing in the fields of education and business. I enjoy writing on a variety of topics, blogging for my website and linking to other sites. Due to the current economic situation, many have lost significant amounts in retirement funds and now need to find ways to supplement fixed incomes. This website warns Seniors to be aware of questionable programs ("get rich" schemes), but encourages Seniors to continue trying to find one that is genuine. After attending a seminar tomorrow that presents information on SEO and techniques that drive traffic to my website, I am hoping to get closer to becoming a Gray Googler!
