Research has shown that school age kids can lose as much as two months of instructional time when they have had no summer reading time. A Harried Housewife needs to get to her computer, check out the multitude of recommended reading lists, phone the order to the nearest library. Then A Harried Housewife needs to phone her husband's workplace and have HIM make the stop at the library for the pre-ordered books. A Harried Housewife has found a few moments for herself!
